Applicant acknowledges that it shall pay to Progress Energy all expenses incurred by Progress Energy during its review and safety evaluation of the proposed underground pipeline facilities. No work may commence in our right of way until a final agreement has been executed by both parties. Please allow a minimum of four to six months to review your project.

For a non-pipeline application, a check for $500.00 payable to Progress Energy. For a pipeline application, submit two (2) checks payable to Progress Energy, one in the amount of $12,000 and one for the appropriate consultant's fee.
